Awesome Conditioning Regiments to do at the end of practice.

Conditioning is a vital component in your everyday practice routine for many reasons. It is important to ensure that your athletes are physically fit and prepared to handle the intense skills required of them. By properly conditioning your team you are preparing them and minimizing the chances of injury. Here are some simple workouts to implement at your practices. Remember to start simple then build up the intensity as your athletes become stronger. It is also important to remember to stretch your team out after conditioning, this when their muscles are warm and loose and will help maximize flexibility and give their muscles tone. I will start with simpler work outs and build up to more intense work outs for when your athletes are ready.

Workout #1  The Countdown Workout

10 Jumping Jacks

10 Push Ups

10 Squat Jumps

10 Sit Ups

10 Jump Ropes

9 Jumping Jacks

9 Push Ups

9Squat Jumps

9 Sit Ups

9 Jump Ropes

Continue all the way down to 1, do not stop in between workouts
