I can't say enough about Spirit Xpress West. They are absolutely amazing, best buds, contagiously charismatic, definitely darling, enthusiastic energy. We had the best 3 days ever. Once you think that they couldn't possibly do a better job than the year before, they astound you! The staff have so much talent, and Brandon & Patty have unstoppable creativity! Thank you.... Thank you!!! — Marni Klamm Poudre Spirit Coach Ft. Collins, Colorado
What an amazing experience for my team! SXW took our team to a whole new level. Every year the routines keep getting better and better. — Monica Gasper - Spirit Director, Xavier College Prep, Phoenix, AZ
SXW's goal is to work with every cheerleader and every team on an individual basis. The staff breaks down all the fine points of stunting in an effective non competitive way. This year is our 8th year with Spirit Xpress West and we will keep coming back! — Jessica Martinez - Albuquerque High School 2010, Co-ed New Mexico State Champions
As a New Coach, I have been trying to find a perfect camp for my team that would both help them bond as a team and teach us useful things for our upcoming season. My first few years attending other camps was not successful. It was crowded and everyone showed up with a National routine ready to go and we were sent to the back to hang our heads in shame.
I decided to give SXW a try because of the price and the how friendly everyone seemed to be. Ok I hate to let out my little secret of a perfect camp but the Ruidoso camp is AMazing!! Not one word of Nationals is spoken there and they are genuine about what they are teaching. Did I mention No Cell Service!!! We have never felt so at home!! They took everything down to our team level and worked with us one on one. By the time my girls left camp they felt they could qualify for state that year!!
Coming from a small town with limited numbers and resources it is hard to find a company that understands the need to rebuild and start from scratch every year. Patty and Brandon never made me feel like it was impossible to expect the best from my squad. Patty and Brandon choreographed the perfect routine for my squad that was on their level but would work the score sheet enough to get us where we needed to go. We qualified for AIA State!! SXW is helping us take the steps towards a Championship banner!! I would highly recommend this program to all small schools! This program is solid GOLD!!
Coming back for our 2nd year…5 hour drive is so worth it!! — Becky Orona Head Spiritline Coach St Johns High School
Spirit Xpress West has been a refreshing experience in regard to choreography for my Competitive All-Star Cheer Squads. Brandon & Patty flew into Dallas in order to choreograph routines for my squads. Their rates were better than my local competitors in Texas and their choreography was twice as good. Their choreography helped us bring home our first NCA National Championship. — Jay Rock - Rock City All-Stars, Dallas, Texas
I am very confident in endorsing Spirit Xpress West as my choice for a cheer camp for our Nevada schools. They have proven their dedication to the Nevada Interscholastic Activities Association and the National Federation of High Schools by continuing to provide safe and approved stunts. Their creativity was experienced by producing our All State Cheer half time performances. Their expertise was experienced by proving outstanding coaches classes at our State Coaches Conference. Their director, Patty Aguilar and her entire staff has years of experience and dedication to the sport. Their training for squads and coaches was fun, innovative, safe and a notch above the norm. — Terrie McNutt, State Spirit Director & Rules Interpreter Nevada Interscholastic Activities Association
The retreat camp was such an amazing experience for both the members as well as the coaches. The team took away from camp not only elite material for our football and competition season, but memories that all 16 members mentioned as a "memorable moment" from the season at the end of the year banquet.
We look forward to seeing you again this summer! — Katie Kramer, Casa Grande Union High School
My teams have attended SXW camps for the past 2 years and we have more than just enjoyed every camp, we loved them. The energy and cheer material that this program offers and brings to the El Paso area is like no other. The routines and one on one time that the instructors spend with the girls is above superb. The touch of hip hop in their dances makes the girls more energized to “break it down”. SXW is way more than words can describe. As a coach and a SXW follower, I would recommend any cheerleading squad to partake in this camp or any function that SXW has to offer or will offer in the future. — Candice Munoz - Coach, North Hills Dolphins El Paso, TX
What an amazing experience for my team! SXW took our team to a whole new level. — Monica Gasper - Spirit Director, Xavier College Prep, Phoenix, AZ
This was my 1st Competition as a Head Coach. The organization and wonderful atmosphere made it an extremely incredible way to start my competitive career in Dance. I’ve been an assistant coach and competitor in both cheer & dance at multiple State and National Competitions and the NMSCDT was by far the most organized and well ran competition I’ve attended. Ample time was given to account for judging calculations and team changes. I loved starting every performance and warm up exactly on time. SXW respected the time of both competitors and spectators. Registration was a breeze. It wasn’t overwhelming or confusing at all. We were able to check in within minutes even with 42 participants. Everyone was kind and helpful. Transitions from the warm up room to the performance stage were flawless, we never felt rushed or left behind. The overall experience was incredible! Our team is so excited to compete at next years event!
We can’t wait for next year! Thank you SXW for putting together such an incredible competition! The New Mexico State Cheer and Dance Tournament will be a competition that we will add to our schedule every season! It was an extremely well organized day! We had an amazing experience! — Sarah Cruz, Aztec High School Dance Team
Working with Spirit Xpress West has been amazing! They provided the techniques of stunting and choreography that brought our team to a much higher level. We won overall in the Arizona State Competition two years in a row! Thank you Patty and Brandon, we could not have accomplished this without your knowledge and guidance. — Linda Noriega - Globe High School, Globe, Arizona
I brought my co-ed team to the Ruidso retreat camp. This is the first time we have traveled to a camp in several years. The camp was beautiful, the staff was exceptional, and the materials, activities, and training were incredible! This was a great way for my athletes to bond before the season started. The staff at SXW really cares about each and every team and athlete and it shows through their enthusiam and attention to detail. We are so excited to return to an SXW camp this summer, and every year after! Thank you for all you do!!! — Jenn Foucault, Farmington High School
Spirit Xpress West was referred to me by a fellow coach. I was told that it is a great camp, that they teach difficult skills and keep the skill level appropriate for NMAA guidelines. St. Pius X attended the Denver, CO summer camp. It was a great experience, taking the girls out of town and being able to see the campus, and getting to attend Six Flags. The facility that SXW used was the college's gym, so it made it convenient to be able to explore the campus. The hotel was beautiful and had wonderful breakfast options for girls that would be working hard all day. The SXW staff was fun, upbeat and kept the girls engaged. We had two camp instructors with our team, one was very sweet and the other was very driven, it was good to have these two personalities with my girls because I had a group of girls that were brand new to cheer and needed a softer approach, and I had seasoned girls that needed someone who could keep challenging them. All in all, I was very pleased with our camp experience, and would recommended it to others looking for a fun and challenging experience. — Marlene Barela, St. Pius X High School
